Hi.

Is there any known usage of PGP to encrypt entire mail list? Each mail
list member may encrypt and sign his message to all mail list members.

That would require that every time somebody signs up, you have to
distribute his key to everybody, and everybody HAS to use it. Unless
it's a mailing list dealing with PGP, I see lots of Layer-8-problems
waiting for you ;-)

A better version would be to have one address that everybody can send
to that receives the encrypted mail addressed to it, decrypts it, then
reencrypts it to send it to every user.

Haven't seen an actual implementation of that anywhere, though - might
be doable with GPGRelay?
