Dear clueless fucking n00b,

Since you're using Outlook for a newsreader and don't know how to search
the internet it may very well be that you shouldn't use PGP.

Where can I get this program?
You can buy it from http://www.pgp.com .

There is also a free trial version of PGP Desktop available there, which
reverts to limited functionality after its trial period> You can use it
only for non-commercial purposes.

There are old versions elsewhere which were & are free, but they may
present compatibility problems nowadays.

There is also GnuPG which is similar in some ways & is open free
software, http://gnupg.org .

You can find a lot more information at Tom McCune's web site.
