HELP NEEDED FROM CHINA (to get round web block)

I am really gratefull if somebody can make this LONG URL into something
short. I heard there are places where this can be done but my office
firewall does not let me go there (I am in PRC where makeashorterlink,
snipurl, tinyurl, all are blocked). Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
