PGP is not encrypting reply's

I need some assistance. When I reply to a message that is sent to me with
or without PGP...PGP is not encrypting the message. Anyone know how to fix
this? I'm using PGP 8.1, Outlook 2003, and Windows XP SP2. Maybe Tom
