Depends on the software you are using.
But basically you add your new name and then delete the old one.
I haven't kept up with modern keyservers, but with pgp version 2.x it
wasn't possible to remove things like names from a key that was already
on the servers.
I think you can revoke names now, but I can't be sure. Just use the GUI
and see what works :-) Make a backup of both your secret and public key
in advance (export) in case things go amiss.
